PetBuddyTerms of Use
By installing or using PetBuddy (“the app”) you agree to these terms.
1. The app
PetBuddy is a virtual pet game with a pet health log. It is provided free of charge, “as is”, for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Not veterinary advice
Reminders, care tips and the care guide are general information only. They do not replace a veterinarian. Always ask a qualified vet about your pet's health, vaccines and medicine.
3. Your content
Your pets, photos and records belong to you and stay on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups (Settings › Privacy › Export).
4. Virtual items
Coins, gems, eggs, food, decor and themes are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money and may change as the game is balanced.
5. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute or resell the app, and do not use it to break any law.
6. Testing versions
Closed-testing versions may contain bugs and may change or reset features. Please send feedback to intistudio.support@gmail.com.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PetBuddy is not liable for any loss of data or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
